| "Severe Weather" | |
| If you're going outside put your raincoat on, The sun is shinin' but not for long, Ol' Zeus is gettin' ready to play his drum, The air will charge and the flood will come. Those happy people at the county fair, Better run for cover it'll be severe. Get that baby down off of that ladder, The trees will fly and the birds will scatter. Bring the laundry in off of the line, The storms a-comin', it's judgement time. Spread the news like Paul Revere, Look out, Jack, it'll be severe. We got severe weather comin' our way. We've crossed the river now it's time to pay. The Boatman always names his price, And no one ever crosses twice. From coast to coast it'll spread it's wings, And leave a vacant path and take everything. It can't be stopped but if you try, Like David and Goliath, aim for the eye. It won't lose steam for four more years. Run for cover it will be severe. Copyright 2007 - Strong Domino Music - BMI |
